Hello all! Gonna keep as short as possible. My name is Mark Jackson, and I have officially entered into the blog world.

This blog, moviemanjackson, will focus primarily on movies and trailers and the occasional video game(s). I’m not sure if I would call myself a movie buff, but I’d say over the last year, movie watching has really become a pronounced hobby of mine. I’ve always been enthralled with the medium, but at times now, I could see myself making this a career. To an extent, this has become a passion, and hopefully this will only grow and expand. And, this passion is really enabled by me living within five minutes walking distance of a theater. A very lucky man I am! In addition to movies in theaters, I plan on reviewing movies that I own as well, or maybe less heralded. But we’ll see.

I’m not the best writer, but hopefully I can get stronger as this blog goes on. I look forward to providing you with my opinions on film.
